PropertyPath Photo Guidelines
High-quality photos help properties receive more views, more enquiries, and build trust with renters and buyers. PropertyPath shows inline guidelines on every upload form and runs auto enhancement (brightness, contrast, web resize) so listings meet platform quality.
Auto enhancement (built-in)
- Mild exposure and contrast lift for dark phone photos
- Resize long edge to ~1600px for fast page loads
- JPEG export for consistent listing quality
- You can replace any photo after enhancement
Script: js/photo-enhance.js — loads on landlord and listing forms.
