- Post false ownership claims or forged verification documents
- Use fake IDs, income proofs, or guarantors in applications
- Circumvent escrow or request off-platform rent to avoid fees or protections
- Harass users, discriminate unlawfully, or post illegal content
- Abuse AI tools for spam, scams, or mass unsolicited WhatsApp/SMS
- Attack, scrape, or overload our systems without permission
- Use the contractor marketplace for money laundering or non-service cash-outs
Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of pending payouts where lawful, and referral to authorities.
