Do I need an account to book?
No. You only need an email address — we verify it with a one-time code before your booking is created. You can create a free account anytime to manage your stay.
How do I pay?
By card or mobile money through Pesapal, our secure payment partner. You'll be redirected to Pesapal to complete payment, then returned here for your receipt.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — where an instalment plan is available you'll pay a deposit (or first instalment) at checkout and the rest on a schedule. Your confirmation always shows what you've paid and what remains.
How does check-in work?
Show your booking reference or QR code when you arrive. Your booking is tied to your verified email, so we can find it instantly.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Contact us as early as possible and we'll help. Cancellation terms are shown before you pay.
