Tenant guide

  1. Create an account with phone OTP and choose role Tenant.
  2. Browse properties or rent.
  3. Top up your wallet (MoMo, Airtel, bank, Pesapal card).
  4. Book or pay rent — full amount is held in escrow until admin release (≤72h).
  5. Never pay landlords off-platform if you want escrow protection.
  6. For co-living, complete the compatibility wizard on Co-living.

Landlord guide

  1. Register as Landlord and accept the tax notice.
  2. List a unit free from Landlord OS (photos auto-enhanced).
  3. Collect rent on platform: tenants pay into escrow → admin releases within 72h → you receive 90% (10% platform).
  4. List only / sell land or house: free listing; when someone enquires, pay the AI lead fee (max UGX 120,000) to unlock their contact.
  5. Co-living inventory uses placement fees, not lead unlock.

Agent guide

  1. Register as Agent — listing is free (within plan caps).
  2. Publish long-term, short-stay, vacation, sale (land/house), or co-living — or enable multiple use categories on one listing. Checkout applies that category’s fees (long rent 10/90, short/vacation 5% escrow, co-living placement).
  3. Optional featured boost (~UGX 18,500/mo) works the same for vacation and short stays as for other listings.
  4. Upload a KYC selfie in your dashboard (or after register) for payouts and host trust.
  5. Guests can browse and book vacation/short stays without an account; free accounts unlock wallet, rewards, and saved searches.
  6. Collect rent online: 3% company holding fee; 97% to your wallet after admin approval ≤72h.
  7. Leads: when a buyer/tenant requests info, you get a notification with the AI fee (capped UGX 120,000). Pay to unlock contact.
  8. Land and house sales do not use sale escrow — leads only. Marketplace goods may use sale escrow.

Photo quality
