We set the rates (nightly, weekly, monthly, semester), take bookings online, verify every guest by email, and collect payment through our own Pesapal account — cards and mobile money. Property management software: the operating system behind our buildings — properties, tenants, leases, rent tracking, maintenance and analytics — now available for landlords and property managers. We also partner with hostel and student-housing owners through management contracts.

Trust, Payments, and Transparency

Trust is product. Verified listings, KYC-aware flows, and PropertyPath billing for subscriptions and add-ons. Rent management records due, received, and arrears — PropertyPath does not collect landlord or tenant rent. First launched in Uganda, the same platform is configured per market for currency, pricing, payments, and addresses.
