Guest guide — booking a bed
- Go to /book and choose your stay type: nightly, weekly, monthly or semester.
- Pick your dates and bed type — you'll see the real price up front.
- Verify your email with the one-time code we send you (no account needed).
- Pay securely by card or mobile money through Pesapal. Instalment plans may be available on longer stays, where the building offers them.
- Save your booking reference and QR code — show it at check-in.
- Cancellation terms are shown before you pay; see the Refund Policy.
Landlord guide
- Register as Landlord and start your 14-day free trial.
- Add your properties and units from your dashboard (photos auto-enhanced).
- Track rent as records: due, received, arrears. Rental money stays with you — PropertyPath never holds it.
- Manage leases, maintenance requests and documents in one workspace.
- Own a hostel or student building? Ask us about a management contract.
Property manager guide
- Register and choose the Professional or Business plan for portfolios and team seats.
- Invite team members and set roles from your workspace.
- Use portfolio analytics for occupancy and performance reporting.
- Subscriptions are billed per market; see pricing.
Photo quality
Every image upload shows inline guidelines. The platform auto-enhances brightness, contrast, and size for web quality. Use clear, well-lit photos of each unit. Support can advise on listing quality.
